We hired DLS to do three major renovations on our townhouse. In June 2023, Jhonny started our kitchen renovation. He brought our entire vision to life with his skills. We had a wall we wanted to take down completely and it just was not possible due to all the plumbing, vents and water lines in the wall. He was able to give us a reasonable compromise as shown in the videos/photo. The unknowns alone would have cost us an arm and a leg with any other contractor.
This year we had Jhonny bring to life our two bathrooms. The first floor half bath just needed a makeover. It was useable, but ugly. It is now light and bright and matches the vibe of the newly renovated first floor.
The second floor bathroom posed another set of challenges for Jhonny, but seeing what he was able to do with our kitchen, I knew he was the right person for the job. I needed the bathroom to be functional for our family of four. It was necessary to flip the entire floor plan of the sink and toilet (see before and after). The bathroom is 100% more functional for us and able to accommodate us with 2 or more in the bathroom. The design was all me, but Jhonny understood the assignment.
If you have a vision, may have challenges executing them, definitely call Jhonny at DLS Construcion first. You will not regret it.
We recently used DLS Construction to replace the floors throughout our house, and the experience was exceptional. The quality of work was excellent, with constant communication throughout the process, including when ordering the LVP flooring. They were incredibly helpful in ensuring we ordered the right materials for our space, and the results are spectacular.
Jhonny is a wonderful contractor to have working on your home. His team was punctual, worked quickly, and meticulously completed the project ahead of schedule. They even spent extra time fixing issues that popped up. It’s refreshing to work with a team that identifies and proactively addresses issues during the project.

Jhonny was a true professional. Explained everything that needed to be done. Whet out of his way to secure the correct part. Stayed late in order to complete the job in one day. Would definitely use DLS again.
